Classification of non-woven fabrics:
1.Spurs non-woven fabric
Spunlace spurs process is to spray high-pressure micro- flow onto a layer or layers of fiber network,
so that the fibers intertwine together, so that the fiber mesh can be strengthened and have a certain strength.
2.Thermal non-woven fabric
The hot bonded nonwoven fabric refers to the addition of fibre -like or powdery hot melt bonding reinforcement material to the
fiber mesh, and the fiber mesh is then strengthened by heating
melt cooling to form the cloth.
3.Pulp airflow netting non-woven fabric
Pulp airflow netting non-woven fabric, also known as dustless paper, dry paper non-woven paper. It uses the airflow netting technology to open the wood pulp fiberboard
into a single fiber state, and then uses the airflow method to agglutinate the fiber on
the netting curtain, and then reinforce the fiber net to form a cloth.
4. wet non-woven fabric
Woven fabric, which opens and loosens the fiber raw materials placed in the water medium
into a single fiber, and at the same time mixes different fiber raw materials to form a fiber
suspension pulp, which is transported to the netting mechanism. The fibers are netted in the
wet state and reinforced into cloth.
5.spunbonded non-woven fabric
Spunbonded nonwoven fabric is after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form a
continuous filament, the filament is laid into a net, and the fiber network is then made into a non-woven fabric by means of self-bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical strengthening.
6. melt-blown non-woven fabric
The technological process of melt-blown non-woven fabric: polymer feeding-melt extrusion-fiber formation-fiber cooling-netting-reinforcement.
7.Needle-punched non-woven fabric
Needle-punched non-woven cloth is one of dry non-woven fabrics. Needle-punched non-woven cloth is reinforced into cloth by the puncture action of prickle.
8. Sewn non-woven fabric
Sewn non-woven fabric is one of the dry non-woven fabrics, which use warp-knitted coil structures to reinforce the fabric, yarn layers, non-textile materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foils, etc.) or their
combinations, To make a non-woven cloth.
